We can offer 2 hour visits of our specially trained Healthcare Nursing Assistants who will help you carry out simple Physiotherapy exercises to recover from a stay in hospital or nursing home or anything that has reduced your mobility. The exercises will be designed to meet your own individual needs.
You will need to be assessed by our field care supervisor plus televideo assessment from a trained physiotherapist to create a unique care plan for your exercises . Then an agreed programme of 6, 10, or more separate visits to deliver the agreed service against measured outcomes that will be agreed with you to measure improvements in your mobility or dexterity.
