Care Worker
experienced care worker who acts as a reviewer for new care workers joining the company , acting as mentor for other care workers and prepared to step in to cover the field care supervisor role for holidays and other reasons.
Senior Care Worker
experienced care worker who acts as a reviewer for new care workers joining the company , acting as mentor for other care workers and prepared to step in to cover the field care supervisor role for holidays and other reasons.
Field care supervisor
responsible for assessing and reviewing all new clients , guiding and developing new staff members and supporting new services and actions introduced by the company.
Trainer
responsible for delivering the Induction training programme for new care workers plus all aspects of the care certificate and annual updates.
Quality auditor
besides the direct delivery of care, they will be spot checking all care workers as they undertake their daily work. The role will be responsible for developing any new CQC programmes or new programmes of care delivery.
Branch manager
set up and establish a new branch complete with a new cadre of care workers. They will be responsible for recruitment of all branch staff and field care workers plus onboarding new clients.
Regional manager
full time position responsible for 3 to 5 branches supervising the delivery of all the branches, quality and commercial performance in each location.
